Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Echols, a private AI product from RMDW LLC ("RMDW", "we"). By creating an account or using Echols, you agree to them.
1. The service
Echols gives you a private AI assistant for chat, code, and building, plus optional Studio features (image and video generation). We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email via a one-time link. You're responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity under your account. One account is for one person or business unless agreed otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Echols to break the law, generate content that is illegal or harmful, infringe others' rights, attack or overload the service, or resell access without permission. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
4. Plans, billing & credits
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. The Studio plan includes a monthly credit allotment; image and video generations consume credits, and you may buy additional credit packs. Credits are for use within Echols, are not cash, and (except where required by law) are non-refundable and may expire.
5. Studio & external models
Studio image and video generation are produced by external model providers. By using Studio you understand and agree that the prompts you submit there are sent to those providers to generate your result, and are handled under their terms. Your core chats remain private and are not sent to them. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Your content and outputs
You keep ownership of the content you put into Echols. As between you and RMDW, outputs you generate are yours to use, subject to these terms and any applicable third-party model terms for Studio outputs. You're responsible for how you use outputs. "Echols", "Jah", and "RMDW" and related marks are ours.
7. AI disclaimer
Echols is an AI tool and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. It is provided "as is" without warranties. Don't rely on it for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice without independent verification.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMDW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
9. Termination
You can stop using Echols anytime. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to comply with the law.
10. Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. We may update them; material changes take effect when posted, and continued use means you accept the update.
